Binge the World, One Journey at a Time

  • What’s your favorite month of the year? Why?

There are so many reasons, but the biggest one is that it’s my birthday month, so it naturally feels extra special. 💕💕💕

The weather is absolutely beautiful—pleasant, cosy and perfect for slowing down a little and enjoying life. 🌸🌸🌸

Everywhere you look, there are Christmas stars, lights and decorations that add a magical charm to the season.⭐⭐⭐

And of course, there’s the excitement of counting down to a brand-new year💝

December, for me, is a month filled with warmth, celebration and hope.🎉🎉🎉

It’s the one month that fills my heart with gratitude, joy, and quiet excitement for what’s coming next.

  • What is your favorite place to go in your city?

Established in 1970, Alliance Française de Bangalore is part of the world’s leading French language and cultural network, and it has become one of my favourite corners of the city.

The moment you enter the campus, there’s a sense of calm and charm that instantly slows you down.

I love how it constantly celebrates art, culture, language, and creativity. Whether it’s an exhibition, a play, a film screening, a workshop, or a musical evening, there is always something happening that draws you in and leaves you inspired.

Even on days when there are no events, just sitting in the open spaces, grabbing a coffee, and watching people from different walks of life interact feels refreshing.

It’s one of those few places where I can wander around, learn something new, and reconnect with myself—every single time.

In a city that is always buzzing, Alliance Française feels like a beautiful cultural retreat tucked right into the heart of the City.

  • What’s the first impression you want to give people?

I think the first impression I naturally give people is that I’m a social, approachable person. I’m someone you can trust, talk to easily, and I genuinely enjoy listening. 💕

The moment I make eye contact, I can’t help but smile and say a warm ‘hi,’ wherever I am.💜

And if I connect with someone, I love keeping that bond alive.💐

I’ve made so many wonderful friends along the way that managing all of them sometimes feels like a full-time job… but I truly cherish it.…🌹

    I believe every smile starts a story.🍀

    🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
Every hello has the potential to become a beautiful bond💖

    I don’t collect things, I collect people and moments.🌿

    Love Shama ✨

  • 🌍 Places on Earth that don’t even feel real… ✨ From surreal landscapes to hidden corners of nature — some places look straight out of a dream. 💭💚

  • In a world that never stops buzzing, blinking, and beeping, silence has become a luxury. We wake up to screens, scroll through moments, and measure our days in notifications. Yet, somewhere between the rush for connection and the chase for attention, we’ve forgotten what it means to simply be with one another.🌿

Imagine a day without phones. No Wi-Fi, no constant checking, no need to capture every second for the world to see. Just you and the people who matter — present, unfiltered, and real.🍀

Conversations flow differently when there’s no screen between you. Eyes meet, laughter echoes a little longer, and moments feel deeper. You start noticing the warmth in someone’s voice, the rhythm of shared silence, the comfort in just being together.💞

We don’t realize how much love hides behind all the noise. When we unplug, we rediscover the simple, sacred things — the kind of love that doesn’t need words, captions, or hashtags. It just exists — raw, human, and timeless.💕

So maybe, every once in a while, we should switch off the Wi-Fi, keep our phones away, and reconnect the old-fashioned way. Because sometimes, the strongest connection doesn’t come from a signal — it comes from the heart.💖

Somewhere between journeys and destinations, I realized — the best moments aren’t captured or posted. They’re simply lived. This one’s about that kind of love.

  • What is good about having a pet?

Life feels a little softer when you’re greeted with paws and purrs.💛

I have two cats—and they’re absolutely awesome. Having a pet isn’t just about feeding them on time, grooming, or taking them for regular vet visits. It’s about truly understanding them—their moods, their little quirks, the way they communicate, and even their food preferences.

Because pets, just like us, have their own emotions and personalities. They sense your energy—whether you’re happy, stressed, or feeling low. Sometimes, all it takes is a soft purr or a gentle nudge to lift your spirits.

The truth is, we don’t really adopt them—they adopt us. Somewhere along the way, they decide that we are their humans. And from that moment on, they become family.

Having a pet teaches you patience, compassion, and responsibility. It helps you learn a language beyond words—a bond built purely on trust and love. The way they wait by the door, follow you from room to room, or curl up next to you when you’re unwell—that’s their way of saying, “You mean the world to me.”💕

At the end of the day, pets don’t just live in your home—they live in your heart. They fill your days with laughter, warmth, and a kind of love that asks for nothing but care in return. ❤️

Rumi and Simba have taught me that love doesn’t need words—it just needs a heartbeat. 🐾

    😻😻😻

  • There’s a small island in Norway called Sommarøy—and it doesn’t follow time. No clocks. No schedules. Just freedom. In summer, the sun never sets for 69 days. You’ll find people playing football at 3 AM or swimming under the midnight sky. ☀️

During winter, the island turns into a northern lights paradise. The sky lights up like a dream, every single night. ✨

Here, people live by what they feel—not by what the clock says. No one rushes. No pressure. Just peace. Sommarøy isn’t just a place. It’s a reminder that life doesn’t have to be lived on a schedule.❤️

  • In today’s fast-paced world, stress has become our constant companion. We try yoga, meditation, or music to find relief, but what if something as simple as clapping your hands could help ease tension? 💝😊

    The Science Behind Clapping

Clapping might seem like a childish or celebratory act, but it has surprising benefits for the mind and body. When you clap, you stimulate dozens of acupressure points in your palms. These points are connected to different organs and energy pathways, promoting better blood circulation and triggering the release of endorphins — the brain’s natural mood boosters.

    Energy and Expression

Clapping isn’t just physical; it’s emotional. It’s a natural way of releasing energy — whether it’s excitement, relief, or even frustration. The sound and rhythm create vibrations that ground you in the present moment. The louder and more rhythmic your clapping, the more you feel your own energy flowing — and that’s why many people report feeling lighter and happier afterward.

    A Quick 2-Minute Routine

Next time you feel anxious or low, try this:

    1. Rub your palms together for 30 seconds.

    2. Clap steadily for one minute — feel the rhythm.

    3. Breathe deeply and rest your hands together for another 30 seconds.
Notice how your mood shifts and your body feels alive.
    🌸🌸🌸🌸

    The Psychology of Joy

We often clap to celebrate or appreciate others — so our brain associates clapping with positivity and reward. Even when you clap alone, your subconscious picks up that message: “Something good is happening.” That’s why clapping can instantly lift your spirits.

    Final Thoughts

So yes — clapping really can reduce stress. It’s simple, free, and accessible anywhere. Whether you’re sitting at your desk, standing on your balcony, or winding down after a long day, just start clapping. You might be surprised at how quickly you feel better.

After all, sometimes the best therapy comes from our own hands. 👏✨

Take care and be kind to yourself. 🌿
